Would you rather be remembered for what YOU did for GOD, or for what GOD did in YOU?
This study is a reminder to those who are passionate about doing the Lord's work, that the Lord is passionate about doing His own work in them.
When God redeems a person, He saves them from the penalty of their sins...
...but does He save everyone else from those penalties as well?

How can we truly enjoy our salvation, knowing what damage our former choices have done to the people around us?
Many Christians seem to prefer living with a level of maturity that reflects their status as God's CHILD, more than their designation as "king".
But whether we like it or not, God has given us noble responsibilities.

Will we ever grow up and learn to act like an adult, or will we behave like a child forever?
God is faithful to warn us when our sins start lulling us to sleep, but that doesn't mean we won't ignore the alarm.
Some people can sleep through almost anything.

You can only hit the snooze button so many times before waking up late becomes inevitable.
This chapter is the ugly climax of century after century of idolatry, rebellion, and self-governance.
There will be no happy ending for the people of Judah, nor for anyone else who denies God of His right to call the shots.

The final chapter of any person's life will always be written according to how the preceding chapters were lived...II Kings 25 is proof.
